Hotel Golden Orchid

We would like a heater and some view would have been nice from the room.

Location is good, hotel rooms are near and clean and worth the niney

Very rude behaviour of the hotel owner, she treated my family like as if she was doing charity, no respect. They internally have miscommunication and was arguing with my family and spoiled the day.

No toilet roll when entering room, sockets gave an electric shock, generator not turned on in morning so no light in bathroom, bed not comfortable at all

In each hotel breakfast and morning tea is complimentary but here I didn't get any. Only Wi-Fi facility. In room tea pouches, milk and sugar are provided which were missing here.Sorry! I won't recommend anyone.

Everything I disliked.

Location and ambience was perfect and specially the restaurant and the owner and staff members are very calm and treat very nicely and the best thing about that hotel is the restaurant omg that is so cozy and beautiful with plants all around there is a dog name soni he is such a darling!!! Overall it is the best place to stay with friends, spouse or alone

Friendly staff and good food.

1) Location (private cabs can't reach this place, bcz of nearby Govt. secure compound). 2) Room service: Water bottles are provided only once, in our whole stay (4 days)

You have given so high rating according to that I booked this hotel it was not as per my expectation. I changed the hotel not even stayed for single night. I paid for one night charges Staff was very helpful.
