Bekal Village Homestay

Stay was so comfortable,neat and clean, well equipped kitchen which enabled us to cook for dinner and snacks like Maggie. In fact we were able to cook and pack lunch and dinner for our return journey too. Though the place is interior, but transport was not at all and issue. There's a supermarket to buy some snacks and fruits.

The host, Mr. Shobhith was a gem of a person. He made our stay comfortable. We, along with our pet Sihi had the best experience here. My pet explored all the spots in the premises thoroughly. Rooms were clean, tidy and staff were very helpful. Didn't expect such a good room at such an affordable price. Homestay was pet friendly too, which made it much more loveable. My pet, Sihi made friends with everyone there and even with another Guest who stayed there. Absolutely loved our stay here

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, making us feel right at home. We were given the traditional Kerala breakfast , which was very tasty. Overall, if you're looking for an authentic Kerala experience with warm hospitality, delicious food, and a serene setting, Bekal Village Homestay is the perfect choice. Highly recommended, and we can’t wait to visit again!

I wish they provided or arranged dinner as the restaurant nearby don’t deliver the food.

Though in the cusp of expansion, the current management of the property strives to be eco-sensitive and says they would continue to retain it as it is today. The property is in good alignment with the surroundings and is an excellent hideout.

The kitchen counter, though sufficient, could have been more imaginative from the point of view of cooking and storing stuff. For example, things like kitchen knife, fruits and vegetable scraper etc were not kept along the cutlery.

What a lovely and cosy place and so peacefull! The house in witch we stayed was wonderful with all the service you need. Many thanks to our host whom we could contacted all the time! We will come again!
