was easy to access.

The stove is useless, to dirty and old. The refrigerator is very old, one of those that no longer exists. There are many ants and sand on the floor. There is no parking. Too expensive for such an ugly place. The shower is not enough water. I don't recommend this place if you go with your family and kids.

Location and the poriperty owner was prompt with answering questions.

The host was very nice and understanding and the bathrooms was up to date and nice.

The ceiling had a hole in it .. there was mold on the ceiling. Had water damage every where.. the walls were dirty. Ants was all over the place.. it was stains all over the sofas. Bathroom sink was clogged . The only tv they had was in the living room and didn’t work .. paid to much money to stay in a shack .. we slept with are clothes on .. will never stay there again. Also there was a big bug on two of the kids .. place was disgusting.. just to revisit.. after leaving this review the host contacted me to tell me that since he gave me some of my money back that I shouldn’t have left a negative review. SMH.. money wouldn’t have needed to be refunded if the property was up to par. The picture was explain it all.

The location was great aside from that not much.

The property is new but it is not well-maintained. One of the sink were clogged and the kitchen sink were linking. Livingroom light were messed up. The beds didn't have linens and covers and were no towels, trash bad, toilet paper, paper towels, shower gel, hands soap and not too may kitchenappliances. Cleaning were very very poor. Overall very disappointing, extremely bad services. The livingroom celling had water marks and paint is falling off. I would not book this place anymore. For how expensive it is, it a rubbery. They blamed everything on the previous party which is probably their ways. I feel that they should give me some money back.

The place was run down and dirty. Not like what it show on your website.

Dirty and very unkept

I liked the location 4 blocks from beach.

Lots of ants in the apartment. Gas stove was sending off fumes because the pilot lights were out. Broken bathroom window. Broken toilet seat. Beds were less than comfy.
