Probably our nicest stay in our 2 week trip to Mexico. You feel as if you are staying as a guest in a palace. Exquisite art, could not ask more of staff, breakfast lovely and location absolutely perfect. I’ll be back!

Beds a bit firm for me.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is decorated exquisitely, and the staff are very kind and helpful. It’s a great location. The breakfast was exceptional and the valet parking is super handy. Our room had a gas fireplace, which was really special.

Could be more choices for breakfast Took a long time to get hot water in shower but was good eventually.

The "boutique" atmosphere in the hotel, furniture etc. Breakfast was very good

The wifi was wholly insufficient; no heating at (outside terrace) breakfast; all in all VERY much overpriced for the quality on offer

El Hotel Eden es una excelente opción para jospedarse en Patzcuaro, habitación muy bien decorada, cama muy comoda, personal muy atento, seguro, agrecen estacionamiento gratuito, y el desayuno es muy rico y basto.

The staff was beyond attentive – a rarity in today's fast-paced world. From the bellman to the housekeeping staff who ensured my room was immaculate and tailored to my preferences, every interaction felt personalized. I felt more like an esteemed guest in a friend's luxurious Casona than a patron in a hotel. Every inquiry or request was addressed promptly, and often, they anticipated my needs before I even vocalized them. The crowning jewel of my entire stay was undeniably the people behind El Eden Hotel Boutique. Their professionalism, mixed with genuine warmth, made all the difference. The staff didn't just perform their jobs – they lived the ethos of hospitality. The Eden Boutique Hotel, in its essence, captures the soul of Pátzcuaro – its traditions, its culture, and its unwavering spirit of hospitality. I left with a heavy heart, but with the promise to myself to return and relive the magic.

There was absolutley nothing I didn't like. I loved everything!
