exceptionally nice host, even drove us into the city one time, really nice garden, everything very well kept

by bus 40 in into the center maybe, but really peaceful and quiet in return!

Very clean and beautiful property in a very nice part away from the main city center. Very easy to get to and from the town by bus. Renzo and team were so friendly and welcoming, offering us coffee and snacks every morning and helping us get to town each day. They made the stay so easy and so enjoyable!

The accommodation is very comfortable with a parking in a quiet area with beautiful views. In the nearby area there are some restaurants but without a doubt the best of all is the kindness of Renzo and his team that makes your stay a real pleasure

The view from the villa is breathtaking. A fantastic house surrounded by nature. The owner, Renzo, is extremely kind and pleasant. It felt like being among friends.

Since it was a public holiday, the traffic, (bus number 10) was not punctual and reliable.

A beautiful villa in the hills outside of Florence, giving you the chance to enjoy the 'country side' while being close enough to the city. Renzo is really one of the best hosts we had in Italy, and we wished we could get to know him better, whatever he can't say in English, he says with his heart. Florence centre is about 20 minutes by bus which is really easy to use (+6 minutes walk from the villa to the bus stop and around 15 minutes walk to the Doumo from the bus stop in Florence).

So lucky to find this amazing place near Florence! We booked one night first, but when arrived, immediately decided to stay longer! Not only for breathtaking view from the balcony, and super cozy rooms, but also people in there💔 It feels like a big loving family

We arrived by car, so this was perfect location to stay for us - close to Florence but at beautiful cozy suburbs. There are other quiet willas around it, and breathtaking view to the walley, so only birds singing through the day and night. The house is very nice and comfortable. Many things are made by the host, Renzo, himself, including beautiful oil paintings in the rooms! There's also complete Leonardo's works in the library and much more. The hosts are very caring and friendly! That was a true pleasure to stay there!

The road is a bit narrow, but it worth it, you'll see!!!
