It was in a very nice location/setting. Hotel is new and very clean and neat. It was easy to look at the clear sky around the hotel. Lots of wine options if you are big into wine.

Poor use of bain-marie for keeping the eggs hot in the breakfast. The eggs were cold unless one got them as soon as they were put out for the guests. The hours of the front desk are not consistent with what we were told (hours told to us and given in writing were not kept, probably not enough people staying at the hotel while we were there) and thus the front desk was closed when we would have liked to get another blanket in the evening.

Everything was really nice.

The gym could be a bit upgraded.

The location is great, in the country side if you need an escape from the city, it’s clean and the rooms are decent size

If you arrive later than 8pm, there’s no one at reception. The hotel extension is new but the facilities look dated. Our toilet seat was broken, so unlike Germany. The towels were poor quality and overall it was so underwhelming given that we were great fans of the group and have dinned at their restaurant many times. We also had a baby and they wanted to charge us for a crib, cribs are free at every hotel. I ended up not booking a crib and had baby in bed with us instead

Wifi not constant, but not too much of a big deal.

Very beautiful place, comfortable rooms. The breakfast is also excellent with a lot of varieties. Very good food and wine. The staff is friendly and helpful.
