It's a bit of a scramble to get the key in one place and then have to find the actual location elsewhere.

I didn't like anything

I was arriving at Bourgas South bus station late at night, so I chose this place because it was close by. However, I was then notified that there was no reception & I would have to collect the keys from Hotel Opera. That was a very long walk through the city with a heavy rucksack. It completely defeated the purpose of choosing this place to stay. When I eventually arrived back at the street, I couldn't find the accommodation for a very long time, despite having the help of numerous passers-by. It was badly signposted, a very small sign on the door, and difficult to locate in the dark. The room itself was basic.

Close to center and close to beach. Spacious room. OK for one night, I suppose.

Keys had to be picked up from another location which was quite far. I was tired and hot, and I got lost on the way so check-in took a lot of time and effort. You're supposed to drop your keys in the post box after check-out but there's no clear mark where it is. I had to call reception and they told me to go back to the room and leave them there. Too much hassle. The camera in the hallway was disturbing because I don't like being videotaped wrapped in a towel coming out of the bathroom. One bathroom per four rooms meaning it got dirty very quickly. Bed linen was clearly washed but stained which was off-putting. I have stayed here before when everything was new and clean but things have changed. Not very happy with my stay this time.
