Hartley Manor Guest House

The kitchen staff were lovely. The breakfast was great.

The linen was stained. We had an animal living in the roof of our room which kept us up. The manager was quite rude on the phone. She wasn’t the easiest to communicate with. In terms of value for money, I feel that the we spent more than it was worth.

Good location for the wedding venues in the vicinity. Good quality beds. OK for a one-night stay.

TV reception was non-existent, and nobody was interested in helping or giving us feedback. Loud music audible in the room way past midnight.

the toilet is too small, it is not a very clean place, stuff is very unfriendly can't even speak proper English, breakfast was not even nice they could of spare a sausage at least the gave tasteless scrambled eggs with toast tomatoes n two pieces of bacon I really never enjoyed it ,the rooms don't even have a ar friendly ,not enough of blankets or towels

Please ensure that there is coffee, tea and milk in the rooms before your guests check in

The staff member was ready for us and check in was fast. The room was beautiful and nicely decorated.The lodge is peaceful and quiet.A lovely breakfast was served in the morning.

The fridge was dirty. It looked like previous guests had spilled something and it hadn't been cleaned since then. There was no decoder connected to the TV so we couldn't watch anything and the wifi didn't connect.

The breakfast was okay. George was very pleasant and helpful

It being a winter night there was not enough warm blankets. We were given a little can heater but it was hardly adequate. We ended going to buy our own electric blanket!!
