"A bit dissappointing"

To be fair this was the only place were I slept really well in 3 weeks time. Probably due to the cooler climate and decent blankets. Also, I appreciated the owners flexibility to let us leave one night early, because she could not offer what we needed.

The house was cold. After a day in rainy Nuwara Eliya with 16 degrees C we could not warm up or dry anything in the house. We asked for heaters which could not be delivered. Also, there was a kitchen, but we had to pay extra for the gas, there was no fridge and it was not clean. Not a kitchen we could use. We really recommend the owners to get some heaters.

It was a great stay at Silver Rose Holiday Home with my family members. Place was very clean and comfortable. Rooms were spacious and each room is equipped with attached bathroom. Living room and kitchen was equipped with all the required facilities & furniture. Garden was well maintained. Staff were very kind and always helpful. Highly recommended for everyone.
