Great location, spacious and everything you could meet for a short stay. Bed was super comfortable. Really clean and pleasant - definitely recommend

Lovely flat, spotless, comfortable, well equipped, lots of little extras, superb location. Very helpful host arranged late check out for a small fee and helpful suggestions regarding parking. Would book again.

All minor issues and nothing that couldn't easily be remedied. Flat smelt a little damp - but assume this is because we stayed so early in January and may just have needed airing out.. Loo seat was prone to slipping off. Complimentary condiments were out of date. Very comfortable mattress, but the bed was very squeaky. Kettle needs replacing - it gets stuck on 'ON' and overheats the handle.

the flat has everything you want for a short stay and it’s central location near lovely shops, bars, restaurants and the beach is great

all fine but the mattress was so cheap and uncomfortable that we didn’t get any good night’s sleep - could be easily rectified…

Cosy, comfortable, and nicely furnished and homely.

Curtains needed for privacy in Living room. Can see in the windows at night.

Lovely clean flat and comfortable bed! Great TV programmes and good WI-FI! Just a few minutes' walk from Warrior Square train station, the beach, main St. Leonards shops and Norman Road with its quirky "Antique Shop" & Fleet Gallery/restaurant. Would definitely go back!
