Location to the town was excellent. Jo was a fabulous host. Facilities were great and central heating was amazing.

beautiful place to stay. i would definitely recommend. amazing location and perfect accommodation. the shower was incredible as was the living area. parking was much easier than first thought too.

the only issue i had was that the towels were a little old. but this didn’t impact my stay at all!

"Perfect base for our little staycation."

Very well located property, free parking just two streets away. A very short walk into Hastings as well. Would recommend going for a drink in the Horse and Groom around the corner.

No real negatives. Only thing we would have liked would have been a separate recycling bin. We ended up bringing ours home with us. If you are a soft mattress lover then you might struggle.
