Beautiful Apartment 2 mins To The Beach

Location, comfortable and well appointed ground floor flat. Very good price

First thing that struck me was it seems bigger in real life more than the photos show. It's in a brilliant location, 5 min walk from St.leonards Warrior Square station, 2 mins walk to the high street, and 5 mins walk to the seafront. The owner was great with communication and replied very quickly, and solved one issue very quickly with the pillows on the bed by bringing new ones for me .

One of the dining table chairs had stains on the seat, I pointed this out to the owner and she said that it will be resolved .

Booked it for a quiet Christmas away with my partner, and it delivered in every way needed.

Staying at this accommodation was an absolute delight! The location couldn't be better—perfectly situated close to all the shops yet tucked away in a peaceful area for ultimate relaxation. The place itself was spacious and had all the facilities you could wish for, truly a home away from home. The host was fantastic and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I was initially concerned about parking, but it turned out to be a breeze with no issues at all. If you’re looking for a perfect blend of convenience and tranquility, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

While my stay was wonderful, there are a few small suggestions that could elevate the experience further. The bed could be a bit more comfortable, and the bedding felt a little warm. Including some additional kitchen essentials like salt, pepper, and cooking tongs would also be a nice touch. Otherwise, the accommodation exceeded my expectations in every other way.

The bed could be replaced with a larger more comfortable one. Salt & Pepper in the kitchen would be good and bigger tea mugs!

Located very close to the beach at St Leonard's and close to several good restaurants and shops. Easy bus service into Hastings and old town. Free parking was only a couple of streets away. The bed was super comfortable. The host allowed us to check out a little later which is always a bonus.

Maybe the bath towels could have been bigger and white always looks nicer, That said, it didn't spoil our experience.
