There is ongoing construction next door to the hotel from 8 AM to 6 PM daily. As a result, we have significantly discounted our prices to account for any potential noise disturbances. The noise is inconsistent, but guests are enjoying being just one block from the beach at a great price, as most are out during the day anyway. We are committed to making your stay as comfortable as possible. Please note that some units have a full kitchen and others a kitchenette (no stove).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "Estancia genial"

Muy lindas instalaciones y cómodo el espacio. El patio muy lindo pero muchos mosquitos.

No me gustó que no tenía para cocinar. Yo interpreté que como era Apart Hotel/Departamento había para cocinar, pero tuve que pagar aparte por un anafe eléctrico.

Lovely unit, good size and layout, nice modern facilities, full kitchen and dining area. Very nice fully gated common garden area with hammocks

A bit farther from the center than would be ideal if you are walking daily. We did it but would have preferred a bit shorter walk

We had everything we needed for a comfortable, 4-night stay in Holbox. It was conveniently located - close enough to walk to a few good restaurants in the neighborhood, and far enough from downtown to be quiet and calm. The resident cats were both friendly and entertaining, and the kitchenette had everything we needed to make coffee every morning, store our pizza leftovers in the fridge, and heat them up in the toaster oven the next day.

The bed was a bit firmer than I usually like, but still quite comfortable.

"Prachtige kamers"

Prachtige kamers (mooi en schoon) voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Onder andere airco, ventilator, koelkast, water en koffie. Behulpzaam personeel. Dichtbij het strand. Super Wifi!

Het ligt net iets buiten het drukke centrum maar dat vonden wij prettig.

Very tranquil. Peaceful, quiet, helpful staff. Air conditioning worked well, plus fan. Bottled water in room and soap in shower

Appartement très confortable, agencé de très bon goût. Les chambres sont grandes et cosy. La cuisine est parfaitement bien équipée. Salon séjour lumineux et donnant sur belle terrasse. Situé en dehors du centre, c'est donc très calme. Le Jardin ombragé avec hamacs est un plus. Notre meilleur hébergement au Mexique.

Tout était parfait.

Buena ubicación cerca de la playa , camas cómodas, cuarto de baño amplio.

Pago algo confuso. No funcionó el agua caliente después de una sola ducha. La persona que gestiona no está allí físicamente .
