There is ongoing construction next door to the hotel from 8 AM to 6 PM daily. As a result, we have significantly discounted our prices to account for any potential noise disturbances. The noise is inconsistent, but guests are enjoying being just one block from the beach at a great price, as most are out during the day anyway. We are committed to making your stay as comfortable as possible. Please note that some units have a full kitchen and others a kitchenette (no stove).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. L’appartement est spacieux, agréable, lumineux propre avec tous les équipements de cuisine possible. Les deux salle de bains sont très agréables tout comme les chambres Chaque pièce est équipées d’une Clim ainsi qu’un ventilateur de plafond. L’emplacement est idéal pas trop près du centre pour être au calme ni trop loin pour y aller à pieds ou à vélos. L’arrivée en autonomie aussi est parfaite, le jardin agréable avec des hamacs et notre terrasse vraiment top Merci !

"Comfortable unit close to Playa Punto Coco"

Enjoyed our stay at Casa Valentine. Located approximately 1 km from Centro but only a 15 minute walk to the beautiful playa Punto Coco. Very Clean unit with comfortable bed and pillows, great A/C.C and water pressure. Walkable to town but bring a flashlight if you’re walking at night. Taxis are available all over and very affordable. Restaurants within a block. Great wood-stove pizza at La Cabane that can be delivered to your unit. We would stay here again, but would enquire if construction has been completed.

Unfortunately, Noisy construction directly behind our unit #4 which we were unaware of until our arrival. Not a problem if you’re exploring the island during the day but they do start early if you like to sleep-in. Work stopped around 6:30 pm or sun-down. Hosts could have been more proactive and put us into the unit accrocs knowing this work was going on.

Struttura tranquilla ma piuttosto lontana dal centro, in zona difficile da raggiungere a piedi in caso di pioggia. Vicino a Punta Cocos dove è possibile osservare il fenomeno della bioluminescenza.

Het was schoon, fijne faciliteiten en se prijs-kwaliteitverhouding was goed. Het strand was vlakbij.

Het is een kwestie van smaak, maar wij vonden de inrichting wat steriel en niet erg gezellig. Ook was er wat geluidsoverlast doordat er werd gebouwd rondom het hotel. Dat staat wat onduidelijk vermeld bij de voorwaarden, maar zagen wij pas toen we niet meer konden annuleren. Gelukkig viel de overlast mee en blijkbaar waren de kosten lager dan normaal.
