Many construction sites nearby and arround the location. It is far from where restaurants and stores are and it is hard to get transportation from the location to other places.

Lovely property, really quiet (there is construction going on next to the property & they do start early but we honestly couldn’t tell they were there). Very private & has everything you need, really clean, the casas themselves felt private from the others on the site as there was plenty of tree cover. Close to the beach.

It’s around a 15-20min walk from the main square over rough roads where you have to dodge some floods (we were aware of this before booking & don’t mind walking, it was just a little more of a pain with the road conditions)

We stayed at Casa 2 for a week and really enjoyed our stay. very spacious apartment, very clean and the property is immaculately kept. Just a minute to the beach and couple of minutes to few restaurants. You can get to the central area through a fantastic walk on the beach in 20 min max and you have a number of beach clubs and restaurants next to the property. I will definitely come back

After ruined vacation it’s hard to like anything about the property. I tried to cancel a few hours after booking but owner refused. I feel trapped by no refundable options that aren’t actually a hotel. So if you don’t refund don’t be surprised that you will have very dissatisfied customers

No refund policy was the worst. I tried to refund a few hours after booking but soon realized I’m trapped in this hole. The roads around there had a knee deep puddles, hot water would stop after running for 5 mins, and concrete floors had an awful moist smell. Me and my wife couldn’t stand it more than 2 days. Even though I’ve booked 5 days at Valentina.

Got a room where I was hearing a lot of children running around and got a free room change and upgrade. Room are clean but no daily cleaning. Near by is the ocean but no good public spot directly there. You have to walk.

The road where the moto taxis are driving from morning to evening are near by and kind of loud. Sounds like Lawnmower. They let the cleaning staff live behind one of the Apartments in some corner which is kind of strange to see. Also would be nice if they would be more interested in helping. If you want something you have to write by the booking app.

The room was clean. I arrived late at night and there were clear instructions how I could enter the property.

The shower was a bit dirty. It’s more like an Airbnb because they only clean the room upon request

Very well maintained, clean, great facilities, and great communication from management. Good location a bit out of town, a 1 min walk to beach and nice 20 min walk along beach into town! Would recommend!

Nice looking garden, close to the beach and a couple of restaurants. We arrived early, but were allowed to check in straight away.

We sadly chose the wrong room (one bedroom apartment). It's all the way at the back of the complex and looks very separate and messy with a paint can, old bicycle and ladders lying around. The room has a big kitchen, which can only be accessed by going outside, so we didn't end up using it. The location isn't the best, especially when the roads are flooded. We walked it on the way there with our suitcases, but that wasn't the best idea.
