Exceptional experience at Valenti a. Amazing hospitality from Jacqueline and all other staff members. No sooner did I ask for something, it was there. The accommodation is clean, well situated with good amenities.

It could have benefited from a small cooker to prepare pasta etc.

The rooms were great. Comfortable beds. Good showers - lovely setting with secluded/private area with hammocks to relax in.

It was really close to the beach, the personnel were really attentive and reactive.

The space. Kitchen was great with dinningroom table, the bedroom was large with cupboard space, shower was loveky and powerful and the outside area was so welcoming with hammocks and chill areas. Highly recommend and would return

Mosquitoes...but that's not accommodations fault, just go prepared with anti moz spray.

The whole place has a very relaxed atmosphere. Our apartment was clean, very well equipped and close to beach, restaurants and a mini-market.

When going to Hotbox with my family, I was actively searching out for a quiet place with chill vibes and a safe environment. I didn't want a lot of luxury, but a little kitchen and a hammock would be gold. From my reservation with Valentina and Jacqueline's communication from the very beginning til actually staying there for a week was beyond expectations. She offered us some compensation for the noise from ongoing construction work on the neighboring ground upfront (also offered to cancel reservations), and apart from one day with heavy work, we didn't really notice it. The kindness and straightforward communication in every aspect of our stay was exceptionel and part of the reasons why I would chose to go back to Valentina if we are to visit Hotbox again. Everyone was so attentive and respectful, it was really a pleasure meeting them. Other reasons would be the peace we felt in the little garden, following the lifes of the resident iguanas (we felt very close to them upon leaving), from the hammocks and hanging chairs on the terrasse. The kitchen supplied us with everything we needed, we made our own breakfast every morning, and the little house comes with plenty of water and coffee. The heating system was working perfectly and they provided us with blankets as well as just the sheets, which I thought was considerate. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The amazing beach is just minutes away, and in close walking distance we found both horseback riding and the bioluminescence (which was a quite magical experience). We also walked daily to town along the beach, we hardly ever needed a taxi. My son is autistic, and one morning he woke up and hit me. I was totally surprised and asked him why did that? Turned out he was mad that we had to leave again, and I don't think a better recommendation could be given:-) Thank you Jacqueline and everyone else for all the fond memories you gave us, I look forward to hopefully coming back one day.

Construction work on neighboring ground, but nothing Casa Valentina hosts could do anything about (they tried their best).
