Lovely historic house over three floors in a perfect location

Steep stairs due to the age of the building - although ascending them was a good workout each time.

It’s much admired by every passer by! Stunning, spacious and full of character

It was perfect for the money

Location great, near to beach and in lovely bit of old town

Location was excellent, right in the middle of the Old Town but the quiet end of the street. Our host was very friendly, we met him at the property having told him what time we would be arriving and answered any queries immediately. Parking was easy, although busy, at the end of the pedestrian only street. The roof area is a definite bonus!

We were told that our host is planning to do some renovation and this is definitely needed, the bathroom in particular is showing its age but the house is charming and full of character.

Location was excellent

Steep stairs and only 1 toilet downstairs

The facade of the building was beautiful. The inside quirky. The location, just perfect. The host was friendly and accommodating. The cleaner a real Greek character. We enjoyed sitting outside on the street, using the provided table and chairs. Sipping wine, playing cards and chatting to passers by.

The property was a little worn and could do with some updating. But I don't think the accommodation would be affordable and in our price bracket if the property was done up. So on balance this is something to put up with for the benefits.

The location was amazing and was the envy of the tourists in the street. 1 min walk from all the best Chania had to offer.

This place is perfect.
