Villa Archondisa

Es hat alles super geklappt. Antonio war ein hervorragender Gastgeber und hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir eine wunderbare Vor-Saison-Woche in Chania hatten. Das Häuschen hat sehr viel Charme und der Blick am Morgen aus den kleinen Balkonen Richtung Meer in die kleine nette Strasse hat für ein sehr wohltuendes Gefühl gesorgt. Das Häuschen hat drei Etagen und auf dem Dach eine kleine Dachterasse - bei uns im März sogar noch mit Blick auf schneebedeckte Berge während auf der Dachterasse locker schon Sommertemperaturen herrschten.

Классная вилла недалеко от моря и в центре города! Расположена в старом городе, но на довольно тихой улице! Отличная крыша, что бы выпить кофе и принять солнечные ванны. Раз в три дня происходила уборка и меняли белье! Туристы постоянно останавливались и фотографировали этот чудесный и красивый домик!

Лестницы довольно крутые и не подойдут людям пожилого возраста или с маленькими детьми. Ну и кухня маловата. Только приготовить кофе и омлет.

Great location! Fun, unique place right in the Old Town part of Chania.

Very noisy, but that had to do with construction happening right next door.

La struttura è in un ottima posizione, il proprietario è stato gentile e molto disponibile. L'accoglienza è stata ottima.

È dislocata su 3 piani con un unico bagno. Le scale sono un po ripide e non molto pratiche.

Great stay in a charming apartment and fantastic location in the heart of the old town. We arrived very late and the owner was very accommodating. It was a nice touch to get watet, fruit and wine when we arrived. I was worried that being in the heart of the town that it would be noisy but it was really quiet during the night. The stairs are narrow, it wasn't a probelm for us but might be for those with mobility issues. Overall we loved our stay.

Autant le dire d'emblée, la bonne note est principalement due à l'excellent emplacement de la maison. Sinon, la kitchenette vous permettra de faire couler un café et faire des œufs durs pour la randonnée du lendemain, mais pas plus. La SDB dispose d'une douche avec rideau, d'un WC et d'un mini lavabo dans lequel il est difficile de se laver les mains... bref, il manque un vrai lavabo. De plus il n'y a pas de meuble de rangement,  vous devrez poser vos affaires parterre. Si vous n'êtes pas très regardant sur ces 2 points négatifs, allez y pour qq jours car, malgré tout, la literie est bonne et la grande terrasse, sur le toit, est sympa (accessible via 3 escaliers).

La kitchenette, inutilisable. L'absence de lavabo et de meuble de rangement dans la salle de bain. La taille de la piece de vie, trop juste pour 3 ou 4 personnes. Attention, le plateau de la table, en marbre, n'est pas fixé aux pieds et présente donc un potentiel danger.
