Wells River Motel

The owners of the motel were very nice and accommodating making sure our needs were met. Coffee was put out every morning. No breakfast but we were able to have breakfast and a lunch practically across the street at a place called Tuttle's which is a family restaurant. Very good food with a friendly staff! The motel was close to where we needed to be. We also had a delicious lunch at a place in Woodsville which was close by called Shiloh's Restaurant (cabin cooking).

Wish the shower was just a little bigger but the motel overall served our needs.

I traveled for work and needed a bed, outlet, shower and wifi. This hotel fulfilled all my needs. I was impressed by the cleanliness of my room. The family that owns the hotel is very nice and accommodating. The location was perfect for easy access to highway I91 just south of St. Johnsbury.

Nice little mom and pop motor lodge..less than 12 units. Very clean and quiet. Bathroom had been remodeled and was very nice. Great owners, very friendly and welcoming. Lots of places to eat close by.

Parking was a little tight.

coffee was served from an urn on a table outside the office in the morning. clean enough - no grime - but furniture and decor old and not welcoming. my husband thought this place was ok.

a bed spring was poking my back all night pillows uncomfortable sweaty plush blanket (non-natural microfibre) grey-looking white towels no railings for wet towels no long mirror noisy air conditioner curtains not attached well to runners metal butterfly clip to keep curtains together no tissues sink not able to be plugged no breakfast.

Clean room. Friendly staff

Very pricey for a Motel.
