Wells River Motel

Quaint old-style motel with restaurants nearby. Homey setting and owners nice.

Wells River Motel was perfect for a one night stay over on our driving trip. Beds were comfortable, the room was immaculately clean, and the bathroom was just recently remodeled with nice tile, fixtures and larger shower. The owners, Dan and Daisy, were super friendly and helpful.

The themed decor is not really my style but it was charming. We stayed in the birdhouse-themed room.

Last minute booking. Convenient location and terrific value. Room was very clean and cutely decorated. Proprietor greeted me warmly to personally hand me the key. I will definitely stay again.

Love the location, staff super friendly, clean room (super important to me) Within walking distance to restaurants. Quaint town vibe. Super close drive to local supermarket, pharmacy and other eateries.

Nothing to complain about. Its a motel and served the purpose.

The rooms are good sized. It was shiny it was so clean, new A/C and TV. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and I slept great. The owners/managers are very nice and accommodating. It's 1/2 block a way from an old fashioned diner and the very small town of Wells River. Walking around the town and the park along the river was pleasant.

My room could have used better blackout curtains. The chair was so old it had no more support in it and needs replaced. Honestly, it exceeded my expectations for a little Motel in a little town

The theme rooms were unexpected and charming, bringing a little light in a tough week. Rooms were really quiet and air conditioned, the beds were comfy, and the owners were such kind humans who really went out of their way to be helpful. The fairy lights and seating area outside were a nice touch. The local scenery is beautiful so be sure to explore a bit. Lots of amenities nearby too!
