Exceptional Property with everything you need. Tracy the housekeeper was very good at communicating.

Excellent location & well kept property

Would have preferred a few more towels. We weren’t there to watch television but tried to watch news in the morning but normal TV didn’t work.

Location was excellent as we were going to Gleneagles, facilities were very good but missing a few things from the description?

Wasn't really anything, perhaps a bit more info on how the tv works as we had to phone and find out, and in the bedroom having to crawl under the dressing table to plug in the hairdryer, it could be better if it was near the top, shower door needs adjusting didn't seal at the bottom and it said there was a box for recycling but we couldn't find anything, not even an extra bin bag for rubbish. But overall had a great time, just general info for the owner.

Location excellent

Few issues Communication Asked for 2 nd king double to be turned into twins . Didnt happen so was bit of an issue !! Minimal extras! No dishwasher / washing tablets. A couple would have been nice I bin bag in bin /1J cloth ! Or could of let us know we need to supply kitchen items Only 3 champagne/ Prosecco glasses . Also requested 11am checkout and had message to confirm that was fine but at thd latest( which was fine ) Housekeeper arrived just after 10 am so had to wait outside as we were having breakfast Just needs a wee bit extra attention to details Unfriendly lady in Landrover not happy we were parking in front of apartment!!
