Location. Ok for a cheap one night stay . The liner was clean and bathroom new and cleaned well .

Room smelt very musty , carpets needed to be clean. New pillow and linen needed . Property is run down . Needs some tender loving care .

I stayed here the night before the Snowdon 100 Mile race hosted by GB Ultras. The start line was on the green in Betws-y-Coed and the accommodation was only over the river so it was perfect. The room was easy to get into, the staff communication via email was perfect. The room was on the ground floor and was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. All tea/coffee making facilities were there, ensuite shower and everything you needed was there.

I couldn't get the TV to work :(

Location is the best part, we were nearby to a lot of attractions

On arrival the room was not ready, we had only 4 sheets left on the toilet roll provided with no extra supply, window was not closing properly, there was no shampoo or conditioner and the handwash bottle was nearly 15mls from the people who stayed the day before.

Lovely guest house in a stunning location, easy to access rooms with lock box, instructions sent prior to arrival. We had a few little niggles on arrival but Phil sorted them in no time. Thanks for a lovely stay Phil and keep up the good work 👍

Walk into town too far for me so we drove in when we needed, take a torch as very dark busy road if you decide to walk back

The room and hotel itself were spotless and we couldn't fault it for our needs. The beds were clean and very comfortable, perfect for after a long days hiking. The location was ideal and is set on a beautiful hill with an incredible view! A quick walk over the river and bridge took you to the train station which had a great café for breakfast and an amazing pizza restaurant.

The only faults we could find was that the heating didn't seem to work in the room, which would come in handy to dry our clothes and keep the towels dry and fresh, we're not one for changing our towels every day. Secondly, the location was so good, we wanted to enjoy a beer and take in the view after a long drive, unfortunately the chairs and decking were not in good shape and we didn't feel safe using them, a shame but given the climate it's tough to maintain.

Comfortable place to stay for a couple of nights. Bed was perfect. Location would have been great if the footbridge was open.

Not a fan of the sink in the room as water gets splashed onto the carpet. Not the properties fault but worth a mention. As this is bed only you might consider walking into Betws-y-coed for food but the earliest cafe/restaurant opens at 08:30. Again not the properties fault.
