"Good value for one night but not very comfortable"

Sink in room was helpful, and closeby if you’re climbing snowdon

Sheets appeared stained and heating didn’t work, was very very cold, there was a heater provided but not enough for full room, Buzzing sound from light above sink which wouldn’t go off also, could be heard whilst trying to sleep!

Large room with balcony . A.couple of chairs to relax in. Lots of storage.

Large bed was two joined together. Feel the join. Still comfy if avoided the middle

"Best place where to stay at beggining of your journey"

Best place to stay at start trip in Snowdonia, bed is very very comfy. Staff worker was very helpful, help us to stay after canceled trip to Snowdonia 3weeks ago, bcs of flooded roads! If I will return to Snowdonia, definitely will stay again in this apartment!

The clean bathroom, the hot water and the wifi

There was no breakfast - I was misled by the advertisement. And I was on foot - had to walk about 2 is along an unpleasant national road if I wanted to buy food As an overseas visitor I could not phone for taxis. Absolutely zero personal service (contactless doesn’t cut it for me). No servicing of the room. No biscuit with the diy coffee, and a cracked wine glass to welcome me

"Perfect place to stay to explore Bwetsy-co-ed which is just a short walk away."

Room was clean and tidy, very large comfy bed and great shower.

Creaking floorboards from the room above could disturb your sleep.

"AWFUL. DO NOT STAY HERE! AVOID!!!!"

Unclean. Huge spiders in every corner. Big centipede on the bathroom floor as soon as I switched the light on. The whole place smelled of bleach. Window sill was FULL of bugs, dead and alive. There was some soiling on the toilet seat. I asked for the room the be cleaned. The room still wasn’t cleaned when I got back from dinner and I decided to leave as I really couldn’t stay in such an awful room. There were even flies stuck to the walls and doors. I let the property contact Phil know that I was leaving and he was very angry very quickly, telling me I was wrong and not listening to anything I was saying. He continued to talk over me and then started to imitate my voice and give me verbal abuse. I cut the call off and said I would report him to booking.com. Absolutely awful. The property refused to answer booking.com customer service so I was not refunded. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Very poor management.
