"It wasn’t very enjoyable and not worth the money, would like a refund"

There was a sink in our room, was mentioned nowhere online, the bottom of our kettle was black, our bedsheets had mold on them, the roof in the bathroom had black mold on it, the toilet flusher was broken, the pillows weren’t clean, the walls were paper thin, we could hear everyone. we left our clothes in the drawers, the next day when we pulled them out, they felt damp

Liked the room, the view, bed was super comfy.

The shower not working on the first night having to have cold showers not pleasant. No hot water. The creeky floor boards from the person moving above us was very loud, Need new batteries in the remote control for the tv.

"It was good overall"

Staff was really helpful and welcoming. They allowed our request to check-in 2 hours early. The stay was really peaceful.

Location. It is way too far from the station and if you don’t have a car then it’ll be a struggle for you to get to the nearest store or a restaurant. Its a 25 minute walk from the station and the shops. View from the room is not that great either. There was no heating in the room or the bathroom.
