Aloe House & Acacia House

My wife always wanted to visit Paternoster and it was my privilege to make her dream come true. The bonus was that we celebrated her first birthday as my wife.

Beautiful, classy, clean, comfortable! Loved it! One big happy family weekend spent in Paternoster. The fireplace and electric blankets came in very handy, such a nice extra for winter weekends.

Everything was great. It would be good to mention that Acacia house has a loft bedroom and the only bathroom is downstairs. We had to switch houses with my parents as they are not able to comfortably walk up and down stairs to use the bathroom at night. A small things that I noticed... The dinner plates are too big for the dishwasher! It would be better to have normal size plates that can fit properly :) Otherwise 👌

The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The house was exactly as the pictures shown on the website. The beds were comfortable and had heating blankets which were great with the cold weather and storm we had during our stay. We couldn't use the outside braai/patio due to the storms, but the view was lovely and the location of the house was great.

Check in was a bit of a hassle. We arrived at the given address for check in, but no one was there to hand over the keys. We called the number to find out where we should go. The lady said she would drop me a pin location which was never sent. I would suggest to give guests clearer instructions on where to check in and rather giving them the address of the house - tell them to check in at the Guesthouse.
