It was spotlessly clean, the design was gorgeous and the view amazing!!!

The lights were a bit weird, couldn’t figure out the upstairs lights. The downstairs shower was very blocked- this was not good to shower In a pool of water at our feet. Yucky.

We have stayed at the property twice before. The two apartments have a beautiful design and very comfortable beds.

This time the service was very disappointing. No reply to my booking.com contact property messages at all. No arrangements about handover of the key. Cleaning is from 14.00-15.00 ( not a good time as many people on vacation like to have a snooze) but nobody arrived at day 2. No reply to my phone call and text messages of the accommodation asking for clean towels. Phone goes straight to voice messages and no reply to my sms. Day 3 the cleaning lady came at 16.00. Tiny soap and shower gel for 2 people for 3 nights. Simply not the usual excellent South Africa standard.

Location, shutters, modern look, safety and night guard, friendly staff

A TV ( for streaming) would be a nice addition. Safe ( but not undercover) parking.

Very nice and clean place. Kitchen well equipped. Nice balconies for chilling and reading. Very close to a nice bay. Nice communication with the manager. Felt safe. Good parking spot.
