Primettahouse

Perfect location within a short walk to the center. The hosts were some of the nicest people we've ever met, we've felt super comfortable like at home.

There was nothing we didn't like explicitly, just expect an old room but clean and well equipped with everything you need for a night or two.

Merci pour l'accueil. On est reçu comme si on faisait parti de la famille. Les hôtes sont charmants. Monsieur est un peu bavard mais il vous raconte l'histoire de son village. Un régal. De plus l'emplacement est idéal.

Ruhig, umgeben von einem schönen Garten, liegt das Primettahaus einen kleinen Sparziergang von San Gimignano entfernt. Wenn dieses traumhafte Örtchen nicht schon ein absolutes Highlight auf unserer Reise war, dann haben unsere Gastgeber Primetta und Mauro dem die Krone aufgesetzt und unsere Herzen im Sturm erobert. Italienische Gastfreundschaft in Endstufe. Das Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht, war schön kühl und sogar eine private kleine Terrasse.

Accueil chaleureux. Calme. Pas très loin du centre-ville, et hors du flot touristique. Propreté.

Rien de particulier. Cabinet de toilette un peu exigu de même que coin « collation »

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per una sola notte, ma è stata un’esperienza davvero piacevole. Se dovessimo tornare a San Gimignano, prenoteremmo senza alcun dubbio nuovamente questo grazioso affittacamere. La posizione è eccellente, non lontana dal centro del paese e comoda da raggiungere. L’appartamento era impeccabilmente pulito, molto curato nei e ben fornito. Un ulteriore punto di forza è stata sicuramente la disponibilità del proprietario, molto gentile, cordiale e pronto a rispondere a ogni nostra esigenza. Consigliatissimo!

The hosts were so lovely we loved them. It was like staying with your Italian nonna and nonno. They don’t speak any English and we don’t speak any Italian but it just worked! The place was very clean and the AC worked so well. Just up the road is an amazing view of San Gim. It’s a short walk to the supermarket and the kitchen was well equipped for us to make dinner. We asked about a washing machine and she enthusiastically showed us the laundry which was awesome! Genuinely felt like home.
