Made to feel so welcome - the location was absolutely exceptional

10 minutes from historic center of San Gimignano. Hosts were very friendly and helpful,we even got postcards as a souvenir from San Gimignano! It wasn’t very hot inside which was an advantage for us, especially when the temperature outside was 36 degrees.

It could be a little bit cleanier inside. There are spots with dead bugs on walls etc. The apartment lacks mosquito net (in other apartments we stayed in Tuscany it was always available).

hosts where amazingly comforting and polite, like lovable grandparents. Only downside is they only speak Italian, so its tricky to comunicate anything, but other than that perfect!

Our family of 5 had the most incredible 2 night stay at Primettahouse. Our hosts were the sweetest couple who were so kind and helpful even with the language barrier. In just 48 hours we felt like family. The apartment is just a few minutes walk to San Gimignano and all the city has to offer. We highly recommend this stay.

The stay is very close to san gimignano. You can park your car here and not have to pay for parking if you walk to town. The host Primetta is the cutest of all the host in Italy. She is very nice, we don't speak Italian but she tried her best to make us understand the good wineries and shop in the town. Gave us English map to understand places to not miss.

The location was very good and this place has a garden for launch, dinner, etc.

The bed was uncomfortable and the rooms were pretty humid.

We love it! We will definitely come back and live here again!☺️ Hosts are very warm, patient, humorous and full of love. Definitely the Italian grandparents you'd wish for. Thank to Luigi, too! Must come. Grazie Nonni!❤️

Nothing! Niente!

The hosts were incredible, like the Italian grandparents I never had and the neighbors that I actually did. I didn't understand most of what they were saying but they tried their best. Mauro had some very knowledgeable professorial aura about him and Primetta was very much the ideal hostess with all the happy laughing and kindness.

Not really anything, maybe the wifi didn't work but that's not really an issue for us.
