Being up among the pine trees, listening to the cicadas. What's not to like? Roza, our host, was very kind and generous, which made the stay extra special.

The property was so clean, with lovely fresh smelling bedding and beautiful white fluffy towels. Lovely view from the balcony. Roza the owner was a lovely person who couldn’t do enough for you, who met and welcomed us to her beautiful property. There was a bottle of still, sparkling water, white wine, cans of beer and beautiful bowl of food on arrival. There was both free air con, safe and beautiful toiletries. In the middle of our stay, Roza left us some lovely doughnuts. When we left we received a lovely bottle of honey from her uncles beehives and some caramelised nuts, such a lovely touch. We are booking to go back next year.

Everything was perfect

Preživela sva čudovit dopust na zelo lepem in mirnem otoku. Nastanitev je bila zelo čista in urejena. Gospa Roza je zelo prijazna, vedno nasmejana in gostoljubna. Že ob sprejemu naju je čakala dobrodošlica. Poskrbljeno je bilo za redno menjavo posteljnine in brisač. Razvajala so naju sladka presenečenja, ob slovesu pa sva prejela še čudovito darilce. Nepozabno!

We had a truly wonderful experience at Nikolaos Studios in Skala, and we feel compelled to share how much we enjoyed our stay. First of all, the hosts are absolutely amazing, Roza and Nicolaos – very welcoming, friendly, and warm. From the very beginning, they made us feel at home, and throughout the entire holiday, they ensured that we had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail: after every cleaning (which was impeccable), we would find small thoughtful surprises left in our room – fresh fruits, water, local wine, or biscuits – simple gestures that truly brightened our day. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and full of light, with a well-equipped kitchenette that made our stay even more comfortable. We loved spending time on the generous balcony, enjoying peaceful evenings with views of either the garden or the sea. Everything was designed for comfort and relaxation. The location is perfect: just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and the main street with restaurants and shops, yet still in a quiet and peaceful area away from the crowds. What we appreciated the most was the genuine hospitality, the hosts’ warm care, and the respect for our privacy. It’s rare to find places where you truly feel welcomed and pampered, but Nikolaos Studios is definitely one of them. We will surely come back and wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking not just for comfortable accommodation, but for an authentic and heartfelt experience.

The room and accommodation were so well looked after. I was welcomed warmly by the host and felt relaxed and comfortable instantly. I only stayed one night but it was a nice big room, had a clean bathroom and simple but thoughtful finishing touches.

If you want to be on the beach or have instant pool access then this property is not for you. However, I stayed some nights down on the seafront and Nikolaos was superior and significantly less expensive. If I come back to Skala I would choose this place.

Posto magnifico, immerso nel verde ma vicinissimo al paese! Tutto pulito, ordinato e tutti di un’estrema gentilezza! La signora rosa, proprietaria, è stata più che gentile ed accogliente: ci ha dedicato ogni cura e attenzione possibile!! Bellissima esperienza, ci ritornerei molto volentieri per tutti i fattori

Soggiorno perfetto e piacevole. Tutto è andato magnificamente. Camera curata e profumata con angolo cottura e balconcino. Giardino curato e incantevole. Posizione perfetta per una piacevole passeggiata in città. Proprietaria molto disponibile e attenta, con gradite sorprese come la frutta e miele, offerte gentilmente da lei. 10 e lode
