Amazing building surrounded by a wonderful garden. Quiet and very clean. Kitchen well equipped to prepare simple meals. The shared terrace offers breathtaking views in the sea. The housemaster Roza is really kind, friendly and helpful and does everything to make you feel at home ♥️

An easy walk up from the main strip, in a quiet wooded road. Very attractive property and gardens. Apartment was well equipped, spacious, beds very comfortable. The balcony offered a beautiful view of the gardens, pine wood and sea. A larger terrace with dining table and chairs was available for use, and provided shade. On arrival we were greeted warmly by Rosa. A most generous welcome pack was provided - white wine, 2 large bottles of water, fresh fruit, fresh coffee and assortment of tea bags. I would not hesitate to go back.

We didn't mind there not being a swimming pool, but a few sunbeds for guests to use would have been nice. But that is a very minor point.

Per la seconda volta abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura e anche stavolta siamo stati molto soddisfatti. La room n°17 è un monolocale molto spazioso, che attraverso un finestrone, munito di zanzariera, da su una grande terrazza dotata di tavolo sedie e stenditoio. La cucina, piccola ma ben attrezzata ci ha permesso di preparare i nostri pranzi comodamente. Il bagno ha una finestra, con zanzariera. Il climatizzatore, funziona bene. Il top di Nikolaos studio però è Rosa che si prende cura degli ospiti e dell'appartamento. Gentilissima e premurosa, pulisce, cambia le lenzuola e gli asciugamani ogni 3 giorni, un servizio a 5 stelle.

Loved the location. Quiet,beautiful garden and views from balcony. Easy walk into town. Kitchenette had everything we could possibly need. Very clean and the lovely Rosa left fresh fruits, pastries and was very kind. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing everything was good

The location is near the pedestrian area. The view is great. All the property is very well maintained.

One of our nicest and most enjoyable stays anywhere! The apartment was cozy, with air conditioning, hot water, a beautiful view, and an extra bed. It wasn’t luxurious, but it was very nice and comfortable, and the prices were more than fair. The service, however, was top-notch — we’ve rarely had a better host than Rosa! She took care of everything: the kitchen was fully equipped with coffee, water, sugar, and creamers. She even left us a bowl of wonderful fruit, a bottle of wine, mineral and carbonated water — and more! Such a sweet gesture. We’re so happy to have supported a small family business like hers. Rosa also gave us lovely gifts — sweet notes, bags of homemade honey, and sweet almonds. We were truly touched. She said goodbye with hugs, kisses, and kind words, making us feel like part of her family. Thank you, Rosa, for your kindness and hospitality. We will definitely visit again and recommend your place to friends! Everything was great — Rosa was always available, and the room had everything we needed. The internet was reliable, the view was gorgeous, the apartment was clean, and towels were changed every two days. We are very satisfied and will return!

Ci è piaciuto tanto soggiornare qui, siamo rimasti sorpresi dell’accoglienza della signora Rosa una persona meravigliosa che ci ha fatto sentire a casa, ci ha fatto trovare in frigo una bottiglia di vino, acqua e frutta, ci ha regalato mandorle caramellate e miele, molto attenta alle nostre esigenze. Nonostante eravamo immersi nella natura la posizione era centralissima e vicina alla spiaggia, siamo molto soddisfatti.

Più che non piacermi, mi è dispiaciuto il fatto che avrebbe bisogno di un po’ di ristrutturazione, ma ci tornerei volentieri.

Totul a fost excelent. Locația superbă, proprietara drăguță și prietenoasă,camera foarte curată. În apropierea locației veți găsi o mulțime de taverne, restaurante, baruri și supermarketuri. Prețurile au fost ok. Eu am fost în perioada 07.09.2024 -14.09.2024 Plaja din Skala este foarte mare și are toate facilitățile. Pentru a vedea mai multe plaje din Kefalonia indicat este să aveți mașină sau să închiriați una pentru că este păcat să nu vedeți mai multe locuri. Kefalonia este o insulă Frumoasă

Everything was great, room was clean, kitchen had all the things you would need to make dinner, host was very nice and we got great local gifts.

The air-conditioning would use an update.
