"Comfortable beds, spacious if a little quirky re the layout. Fine for an overnight stay."

Quirky layout but clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Kitchenette a bit limited re just a Microwave and Kettle with only sink in the bathroom. Good sized small fridge. Was reasonable value for a one night stayover. Nice front and rear decking areas with seating and tables. Pleasant Garden outlook. Would stay again.

A sink in the Kitchenette area would be much more convenient. Existing laundry taps could be converted to a sink mixer tap and small sized kitchen sink would vastly improve the amenities.

Valerie the property owner was awesome. She was most helpful telling us how to get around.On our last night there we actually went out with her.We got to New Zealand not knowing anyone and left leaving a friend. A special thanks for Sue,a friend of Valerie's, for being a great tour guide.The time we spent there was wonderful and we will miss the friends we made due to Valerie taking the time to ask what we were interested in doing.

Was very handy to the beach. Grandson loved his little holiday for his 10th birthday with Gran and Pop.

Unfortunately we thought this included breakfast, but couldn't find anything. A small bbq would make the stay easier as it only has a microwave. But we would come again. Be more prepared next time

"Everything but the kitchen sink"

We liked the fact that it was well equipped. It was in a good location. Comfortable bed and TV with SKY channels. Couple were very friendly and accomodating.

We didn't like that there wasn't a kitchen sink. The stainless steel hand basin in the bathroom had to be used for washing dishes, right next to the toilet. This struck us as very odd and not appropriate.

Valerie's had great facilities..comfortable bed, TV, microwave, kettle, and tea and coffee. Close to the beach, 5 min walk.corner shop not far away for any supply's needed .. Lovely spots to sit outside .. front and back. Parking out the back felt safe.

Would like more breakfast choice. Maybe some toast and spreads.
