Everything was good

The bed in the bedroom was so comfy, with nice bed linen and towels. The location was perfect!! Especially if you’re a keen walker.

The place is advertised as a B&B but be aware it’s not like the British version as breakfast isn’t really provided. We were aware of this as I had asked the question before arriving. Study the photos to see the rooms and facilities. We weren’t really sure why there wasn’t a kitchen sink when the plumbing was visible in the kitchen . We weren’t too happy about washing up mugs and plates in the bathroom , but this is also visible on the photos . Because of the bathroom location, it isn’t really suitable for 4 adults , there was just 2 of us so it was ok.

Unfortunately, due to the configuration of the house, I can't recommend staying here unless it's just two people. With only one bathroom in the main bedroom that is covered by a flimsy slider, it makes for a pretty awkward sharing situation. The breakfast part of the name is also laughable - one package of plain oats. Coffee plunger was broken. The location does a lot of heavy lifting and this place has potential for the right group with a little more attention to detail.

Facilities were clean and tidy, host was friendly and helpful in regards to arrival times and during our stay.

Neat, clean and tidy with a beach feel. Well appointed & close to beach. Enough space to move freely, bonus having a second bedroom! A lovely ‘out of the way’ stop on our travels. Valerie was very welcoming and helpful.

Bathroom quite small and tired, and draughty.

It was just what we needed ,2 seperate bedrooms ,1 was combined with the lounge lovely and tidy perfect set up fo a weekend away ,owner lived upstairs and was so help full ,lovely cat super smouchy, well priced and so handy to the beach and town ,the only thing that we thought it needed was a bbque in the outdoor area ,as the boys wanted to cook up a steak and cooked breakfast and there wasnt a cooker inside but they do have a microwave ,will definetly stay there again.

Place was nice and clean, close to the beach and the host was amazing.
