Beautiful apartment in an awesome location. Lovely views of the lake. The apartment had everything you needed and more. Highly recommend this property and would love to return.

Property itself was amazing. Location was good. It was huge and absolutely immaculate. They thought of everything.

The accommodation itself is absolutely beautiful and spotless. Quite easily one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The service is appalling. We were never told how to check out (not a problem), so I popped into the restaurant part to ask where to leave the key and before I’d even spoken an older lady kept shouting FULL HOUSE. I tried to explain but she just kept shouting over the top of me. A younger man then came and explained she couldn’t speak English, which is absolutely fine, I could have just translated on my phone but I was never given chance. The younger guy then proceeded to act in the exact same manner and wouldn’t let me speak. When I was finally able to speak he waved his hand as he walked off and just told me to leave it in the room. I tried to express how stunned I was by the whole interaction and he couldn’t have cared less. We’ve just spent 900 euros on 3 nights and I’ve never been so stunned by the treatment. Absolutely shocking. We did absolutely nothing wrong. If that’s how people are speaking to guests, they shouldn’t be in the hospitality industry. I wish I’d never spent the money. Awful people.
