We stayed in the deluxe suite which was spacious and had a balcony overlooking the beautiful lake. The hotel was also located in a great section of Hallstatt.

We locked ourselves out of our room, and it took a long time for my daughter to get someone's attention to help us since it was during the lunchtime rush. However, the person who did help was very friendly.

The room is big.

The staff's service is not good. And no water is provided in the room.

Excellent location. Incredible view! Exceptional staff! One of the most beautiful places we've stayed!

Centrally located…very near to everywhere you want to go. Grocery store is just very near.

Personalul este foarte rece și tranșant. In 3 zile nu am văzut nici un angajat al hotelului să zâmbească.

We rented the deluxe suite with lakeview, which is similar to a one bedroom apartment except it doesn't have a kitchen. It had a lovely balcony looking out at the lake. The rooms were large and everything was comfortable. It also included being able to park our car at the base of the building. The breakfast was nice. It didn't include as much hot food as other places, but had everything else and included a soft boiled egg. It was enough for us.

You do have to park your car in P1 parking lot and take a shuttle to the hotel when you get to Hallstatt. You will get a sticker that allows you to drive your car to the hotel at check in. It is because the hotel is in the restricted historic area, so it is something the hotel cannot change. It works out fine, but is good to be aware of.
