1.Chuveiro não esquenta, e também não procuraram resolver o problema. 2. Cozinha compartilhada com outros inquilinos e também com os proprietários. 3. Televisão não funciona. 4. ar condicionado não está limpo. Frigobar " leve uma mala para fechar. 5. 6. 7. Etc...

"If you just want to sleep in a bed, this is the place. Don’t expect much more though."

Location is good. It’s really close to the beach.

It looks like there have been no improvement for many years. Everything in the room was broken or rusty or very old.

there is a strong smell of stagnated water (not in the room) in the access to the property
