Interlaken Linda Inn Lodge

Heater worked well. Staff was very nice. They tried to help us with everything we needed. There was kitchen. Location was very good.

Bathroom wasn't clean

The location is good though.

No front desk. No one to attend. I called before reaching and they said that you will get someone to attend you. It came as a shock when nobody was there to attend and nobody picked up the call. I had to walk to another hotel (which they give an address on notice board in case of an Emergency) to talk to the manager. The person was rude and they finally gave us the keys. This whole scene is itself weird that you book a hotel and you go somewhere else to get the key, when they even don't pick the call!!!!Even though I reached at 21:00 and they should pick call until 23:00 at least otherwise they should make some arrangements. They charge for parking. However, from 7pm to 7am, it's free. You can park anywhere on road free of charge, but they ask for 15 euro per night. There is no sense for asking for money when it's free for this time The kitchen isn't cleaned. No soap in the bathroom. Rooms were small and they don't look the same as in pictures at all. Horrible experience and will never visit here and I will not recommend it to anyone.

Location is great. Public parking place is available nearby (the hotel parkings are mostly paid in Interlaken)

Pay for what you get. Don’t expect much. Just a bed and bathroom pretty much. Good location tho
