The facility was very poor maintained...the door knobs are kaputt we feel not secured inside, the heating is too warm like sauna, we call for repair they showed up after 2 days 2 night not able to sleep properly..we ask for refund to tranfer at another hotel they did not give any refund. The owner was shouting at me on the phone very unfriendly!

The location.

The building was old; the room was not very clean. The kitchen was dirty. The cleaning lady stirred dust while we were cooking. The toilet seat kept falling.

It was very economic price for Interlaken stays. Heater didn't work on the first day but staff helped us for the next stay here.
