"Ambiente agradável e confortável"

É muito próximo de Lucerna e dá pra fugir do urbanismo das grandes cidades, é uma cidade que fica entre as montanhas e tivemos vistas bem agradáveis das montanhas, onde nos sentimos mais próximo do que é a Suíça de verdade. Fomos bem recepcionados no hotel, e dispõe de um café delicioso. O quarto é espaçoso e bem limpo.

het was een ontbijt buffet met een ruime sortering van alles. Personeel heel erg vriendelijk en voor ons lag het hotel op een perfecte locatie.

jammer dat er geen gemakkelijke stoel in de kamer aanwezig was en geen koffie/thee faciliteiten.

La restauration, très bien souper

Malheureusement, nous avons eu une chambre où nos voisins du dessus étaient bruyants et sans gêne, ce qui fait que je me suis énervé à plusieurs reprises au niveau du bruit qu'ils ont fait

Superfreundlicher Empfang, superfreundliches Personal! Zimmerhöhe für Personen über 190cm nicht geeignet ;). Ansonsten alles perfekt. Herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und sehr gerne wieder im Hotel Schlüssel!

Nichts, für mich hat alles gepasst.
