APARTAMENTOS DECOR

Location

The apartment was very claustrophobic with no living space. Photos did not represent the space and were confusing. There was limited natural light and little fresh air. Air con was very poor and gave off an awful odour in one bedroom. The kitchen aircon unit had obviously been out of service for a long time. There was a leak in the kitchen at the cook where rain soaked the hob. Generally the place was grubby. Cutlery, mirrors and bathmats obviously needed cleaning. Beds were comfortable however there were no mattress protectors and bedding had stains that had not come out in the wash. We were only given 1 key between 4 adults however a second was given on request. Only 1 key had the aircon token which made things difficult. We were supposed to return to this accommodation at later date but cancelled our second booking. We would have. He messaged out early if we could have.

The staff are absolutely fantastic

You got what you paid for. Most are acceptable

I selected the property because it stated that there’s a sofa bed in living room and showed the picture of it. It turned out that there’s none
