THE COSMOPOLITAN COTTON TREE UNIT 10406 SEASIDE ESCAPE

Lovely spacious 3-bedroom apartment with 3 bathrooms awesome for families and friends traveling! Great location only a few minutes from Sunshine Plaza, shops, restaurants and with cafes just a few steps from apartment, to get your early morning coffee. Myra and her team are fantastic, very helpful and make you feel at home. Nice lap pool with small spa adjacent which everyone enjoyed, and refreshingly plenty of towels and conveniences provided.

Noise from the street woke us at night but was party reveler's leaving bars in the township center so not much can be done about that. Bunk beds could do with an upgrade to single beds as not really suitable for teenagers or grown-ups, as a bit wobbly and not sturdy enough for grown teens to get up on, so suitable for smaller ages.

Behind the couch was very dirty and was visible as you walked past it.

The property was spacious and modern. Enjoyed showing both ‘adults’ room away from each other and our bathrooms

Everything was lovely

Myra was awesome with helping me select the right room size for our group and was always so helpful. She was able to grant us our wish for an early check in so we could get ready for our special event in plenty of time.

Beautiful and quiet with an amazing outlook over the water, and a fantastic and safe location.

It wasn't the exact apartment we booked, however, we were very fairly reimbursed for that inconvenience. But that had nothing to do with the apartment we were given - it was lovely, it was just one bed short for our needs!

Location and security of the building. Very helpful staff. Left my phone inside after checking out and Myra came in on a Sunday to retrieve it and deliver it to me at a restaurant. This was above and beyond and really appreciated.

Third bedroom beds lacked a donation, but we made do.

Good location, and nice apartment

Get charged a $250 cleaning fee on top of the fee to stay there so be careful before booking. I wouldn’t have booked this accomodation if I had of seen the cleaning fee as well. It’s not stated anywhere that there is a cleaning fee when booking this room. Also when we left in the morning it looked like someone had been stabbed in front of our car. Lots of blood clots everywhere on the ground with foot prints walking off into the apartment block. Not sure exactly what happened but hopefully they didn’t try to get into our car.

The location and the view are amazing. The apartment is big enough with modern furniture.

The apartment was very dirty, hair and dust everywhere. The sheets on the top bunk bed haven't been changed for a long time, they were dusty with lots of hair. The carpets had lots of stains and not even properly vacumed. Barbecue was very dirty as well with food scarps left and no gas.
