Cotton Tree has everything you need within walking distance. The apartment was modern & comfortable with a lovely view.

The unit was clean but a few little things were missed. Crumbs in the cutlery drawer, some stains on bedroom cushions etc.

Location is superb, very central to all activities on the coast. Apartment appeared clean, tidy and well presented.

The bed Mattresses need updating, very soft with poor back support. BBQ gas bottle empty and BBQ was uncleaned, we were unable to use.
