Everything was fantastic , But unfortunately the bed was not ,mattress was so soft low ,lumpy and uncomfortable , , Needs a new firmer mattress or a topper , Staff always helpful ,professional and friendly ,will go back again ,but will check bed 1st

Sehr idyllisch direkt am Fluss gelegen. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön ausgestattet und großzügig. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Essen im Restaurant war total lecker. Wir hatten eine Platte mit Lachs, Forellen, Salat und eine Zitronencreme. Schade das kein Frühstück angeboten wurde.

Leider hat aus dem Abfluss im Bad etwas unangenehm gerochen.

Great location, very helpful friendly staff. Accommodation was very nice which is set around the outside of the pub. We also had a meal in the pub and the food was very nice and well priced. Lovely location on the River Thames to have a drink, something to eat and relax. Would recommend.

There’s nothing to dislike

Beautiful location, lovely pub, and a great place to stay. The room was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and had everything you needed. The menu also offered plenty of choice, so no complaints there. A couple of things stopped this being a five-star visit. Check-in felt a bit like a game of "Guess What's Happening Next?" A quick acknowledgement and some interaction while waiting would have gone a long way. Service at the bar was also on the leisurely side. With a queue of around 12 people waiting to order food, perhaps a separate drinks queue would save a few thirsty souls. Finally, the tables. This is such a pretty pub, but it was a shame to see tables decorated with collections of plates, glasses, and rubbish that seemed to have settled in for a long stay. Customers were clearing their own tables before sitting down. A little more attention here would really help the pub look as good as its surroundings. Overall, a lovely stay in a beautiful setting. A few tweaks to service and table clearing, and this place would be an absolute gem.

The room was lovely, enough space for 4 of us as a family. Only thing I would suggest is some shelf’s in the bathroom to put toiletries and more hooks for towels. Fans good touch as it was a warm weekend. Food in the restaurant was ok. Drink range good and desserts were good.

The location, the staff were very helpful and friendly room was comfortable and relatively clean, plenty of choice on hospitality tray

Toilet was a bit stained and link floor was a bit crumpled and ripped in one place but didn’t spike our stay

Great location and we had amazing weather so got to fully appreciate the outside. Such a lovely room and no problems with anything.

My only criticism is that they only do breakfast on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. But the breakfast is absolutely lovely when they do it!

The family room was lovely with an olde worlde feel . Bed waa very comfy and we were very glad of the two fans

The service for food in the pub was bad .I know it was fabulous weather but an hour wait for food in the evening wasnt good but place was quite busy but over half an hour wait for breakfast when it was almost empty was a bit much. They brought the tea up as soon as we ordered so it had been drunk before the food came otherwise would have been stone cold
