Nice clean spacious room en suite has a great shower, we stayed on Saturday had a nice meal and enjoyed the band in the beer garden Damaged Goods before heading into Chepstow castle for a gig.

Lovely rooms, excellent food.

No breakfast at all

The location was very good, the pub was very nice inside and had an impressive garden. The staff were all very nice and couldn't do enough. The food was excellent.

The stairway to the rooms was very steep, so a no-no for anyone disabled. Our room was at the front on the roadway side and was therefore noisy with the windows open. (It was 28c) We did ask if they had a fan but none were forthcoming. The TV in the room had a mind of its own and came on every 2 hours , so at two in the morning we unplugged it.

A convenient location , friendly and helpful staff and a pleasant room. We had a meal in the pub restaurant which was excellent and although the pub was packed, they found us a table at the last minute. We stayed for a night and it was a perfect staging post on our journey to the south. minute

Distance into Chepstow. It is a 10 minute drive or 2.5hr walk. There are limited taxis available so I'd recommend looking into ubers before hand but be prepared for a wait.
