the room was lovely, very clean, well designed and airy with the high ceiling. good sized bathroom, parking was easy nearby near the bus station and 7 pounds for 24 hours. Amazing to stay in such an old property in such a beautiful city. so much to explore.

breakfast on site would have been nice but there are lots of cafes nearby.

"A superb introduction to Wells"

We got upgraded from the hotel room to their local 2 bed house within the city. The house, the rooms, the protocol of returning keys, local restaurant advice, everything was a pleasant surprise, and they should be proud of what they are doing in so far as their reputation for visitors to Wells.

Ha! The fact that we had to leave and couldn't stay longer. other than that, I could not fault anything that was on offer, therefore overall, no faults.
