The staff were lovely. The food was well cooked and tasty

The room was not overly clean, marks on the carpet and shower a bit dirty. Certainly not worth the £136 I paid

Pleasant helpful staff. Comfortable room though the lighting isn't great if you need to work. Staff came up straight away to sort heating which I couldn't get to work in the room and also to put me on a different WIFI network as the one given wouldn't connect. Just for people to be aware no food served on a Tuesday evening (my fault for not reading the additional info received after I booked as I would probably have cancelled or found a supermarket before arriving had I realised) so the biscuits in the room were welcome! The Sat Nav will send you to the other (wrong) end of the road - just so anyone reading this is aware and it isn't a criticism of the hotel.

Could do with brighter lighting for people needing to work as the main light is very dim and the desk light also not strong
