Friendliest welcome . Amazing atmosphere. Clean comfortable room. Fabulous food . Could not fault.

Excellent location, food and room

A good breakfast was included in the price and the staff were very obliging. It is located in a quiet village within easy driving distance of The Tank Musem, the reason we came . We had an evening meal in the restaurant. There was a good choice and the meals were tasty.

My grandson found the pull out bed in the living room a bit hard and prefered to sleep on the sofa

Booked the Greyhound Inn for an early-start special event at the nearby Tank Museum, and I'm so glad we did! The room was small but clean, and had everything needed for a short stay; it was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Ground coffee and a cafetiere and Dorset Tea was provided along with fresh milk in a mini fridge. Plenty of parking. Huge thanks to Mark who went out of his way to arrange a hot breakfast (including a gluten free option for my husband) even though we checked out before the set breakfast times.

Nothing. As stated on the Booking.com page, there is no lift, which was no problem for us but might be for people with mobility issues.

Breakfast was delicious, well presented , and the order was wrote down the night before so the staff knew what we required .

Good parking. Pretty garden to enjoy drinks in. Staff good in restaurant and very helpful. Had a fan in the room to help with the heat which was good.

Breakfast was nice but the staff were not around to ask for extra drinks etc. Had to wait until they delivered food to another table. Food delivery van woke me at 2am delivering to kitchen.

I liked the room very clean a tidy also the food was first class and all the staff were friendly. Also the Greyhound Inn is situated near to where I was visiting such has Monkey world and the Tank Museum.

Our room was rather small, but it was the last available one.
