Excellent breakfast, such a good idea to order the night before to avoid waste.

I would have liked a bathmat as the bath was very deep and it was slippery when standing in the shower

The staff and the food was nice.

We were in a triple deluxe room which was extremely hot as it’s above the kitchen. There is heat coming through the walls from the extractors which means when you open the window that’s all you can hear. The mattresses were old and lumpy. There was no lamp in the small room - it just looked really tired. The door handle fell off.

We loved the location in a village in a beautiful part of the country where I was able to have a quiet and scenic walk before breakfast. The staff were brilliant, so friendly & helpful. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice & the very popular restaurant was very nice & handy with good food.

The en-suite was on the small side & both it and the room not as clean as they could have been, I wouldn't say dirty though but could have been cleaner.

It was good value and included a great breakfast.

The noise from the air conditioning unit just outside the window meant that the on a warm night we couldn’t open the window to let a little breeze in

All staff members were very friendly. Our room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. We ate at the pub both nights and the food was excellent, including the breakfasts. Would thoroughly recommend.

Staff where exceptional. The host went beyond expectations of any staff and mafe me and my partners family feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend the hotel simply on the service provided. The location is also fantastic with it being a stoned throw from all the fantastic beauty dorset has to offer. We will definetly return and very much look forward to it. The sunday roast dinner was also 10/10.
