We had an unexpected room upgrade. They took care of our vegan requirements with oat milk already in the fridge in our room and vegan spread at breakfast.

Some noise in the evening from pub customers outside the window but not for very long

Very comfortable with amazing staff. Bathroom v clean but things needed mending or removing (ie rail on the wall to left of toilet). Excellent tea/coffee station. Mattresses comfy but one half of double bed bit too saggy (my husband didn’t mind though so he slept on it!)

Friendly welcoming staff. Spacious, comfortable and clean room and bathroom. Nice welcome tray and toiletries. Very good breakfast. I have stayed here once before and find this to be a professional, well-run, well presented, pleasant place with excellent customer service.

Very clean. Updated bathrooms. Comfortable bed. Extra pillows. Extra amenities. Small fridge. Lovely breakfast. Fantastic dinner in their really nice restaueant. Very tasty and well presented. You are really close to everything, in this area, so it's a perfect place to lay your head.

Very spacious room, clean and comfortable. Excellent staff very friendly and helpful. Food was amazing.
