"Disappointing"

I was supposed to be in room with ensuite shower. I had a room with a very compact toilet with washbasin. I did not meet any staff, it is self check in. No sign on the outside to say it is The Golden Lion.

The room was clean comfy and warm when i arrived. The shower was red hot.

Was stood waiting at the entrance when i did find it as you needed a code to enter. Theres no staff on site new to me that but straight forward enough once id received a txt explaining everything. Id use the place again value for money 100%
