Absolute disgraceful

Nothing staff present- no answer to the phone number suggested after 30 mins of calling! unable to check in- was let in by a resident- he had the same issue the previous night. - poor room quality. Squeaky metal bed. Small towels- this is contractor only accommodation to be used if absolutely necessary but to be avoided at all costs!

Couldn't get in. No one answered the telephone or returned messages. Instructions were sent at last minute by email, which I don't have away from home. Why could they not answer telephone or text messages? Had to find somewhere 11 miles away and a lot more expensive.

Decent sized room

Check-in wasn't a great experience, and communication not particularly helpful. Also, dirty towels from previous guest hadn't been removed from bathroom.

Clean room and quiet.

Towel provided a little small for a larger person

False advertisement stating there is bar but received a message on the app saying the bar wasn't working duet to staff shortage and a cancellation was possible without charge I asked to cancel because I booked I wanted the bar and they still charged full rate waste of money

Waste of time and money

£45 for a room with double bed and a single bed with tea and coffee available Room was clean, bed was comfy, shower was hot, towels were clean. Ample parking. Not sure you can ask for much more for £45

Bar was closed for refurb so had to walk into town for a pint, having said that the Chinese restaurant was over the road from the pub so not a major issue !
